A young Vietnamese teenager was returning books at a public liberary late at night...

She was later found beaten half to death and raped.

The man was arrested but the girl is still suffering.

She is now blind and suffering from brain damage and her family are going through trouble and running through all their money to pay for her medical bills.

Their Medicaid expired not too long ago and they need help.
